6 EastEnders spoilers next week: Alfie disrupts Kat and Phil’s wedding day

In addition, Sharon is still longing for Phil, Freddie stirs up more trouble, Frankie receives encouragement while making a significant choice, and Dotty and Finlay make out.

Alfie Moon (Shane Richie), Kat Slater’s ex-husband, comes back to Walford just as she is getting ready to marry Mitchell (Jessie Wallace). He surely chooses his moments carefully. Anyone else experiencing severe déjà vu due to Alfie’s propensity for interrupting weddings? The most important query is whether Kat will select Phil (Steve McFadden) or Alfie. Are these marriages doomed given that Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) still harbors affections for Phil?

While Freddie Slater (Bobby Brazier) resorts to theft during the neighborhood celebrations, Frankie Lewis (Rose Ayling-Ellis) decides to denounce the harasser. Dotty Cotton (Milly Zero) is interested in Finlay Baker (Ashley Byam), but when Vinny Panesar (Shiv Jalota), her boyfriend, sees the two of them together, he becomes enraged.

From September 12 through September 15, 2022, EastEnders will feature the following.

It’s the day of Phil and Kat’s wedding

Beginning on a positive note, Mo Harris (Laila Morse) surprises her granddaughter on the morning of Phil and Kat’s wedding. The market vendors then stage a celebration for the newlyweds before the wedding, but Kat’s joy is short-lived as Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) raises questions about her relationship with Phil.

Stacey (Lacey Turner) helps her talk through her concerns, but even though both sides want to proceed, Phil is soon left impatiently waiting at the church when Kat fails to come. She can thank her ex for the delay, but Phil is also dealing with some problems. Who deserves to be awarded the top prize for preventing this Mitchell wedding from happening? It’s anyone’s guess whether the couple will ultimately be married.

But Sharon still loves groom Phil!

First up is Sharon, who is trying to woo Phil back after a recent bad date. In response to her brother Zack Hudson’s (James Farrar) advice, Sharon visits Phil and brings him an old photo to remind him of how great they were as a couple. Sharon, are you sure about that? When Zack overhears a conversation concerning Kat, he incorrectly believes that Phil has picked Sharon and unintentionally causes difficulties by telling her that he is still marrying Kat.

Phil reassures Kat that he loves her when she confronts him, but Kat chooses to face Sharon instead, sparking an argument between the two women. Later, she takes part in a toast to getting rid of Phil with Shirley and Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth). Sharon arrives at the church for one more try to find Phil, but her heart isn’t in that declaration. She learns that the bride isn’t there yet. Will Phil be attracted back to Ms. Watts as she tries to persuade him that he’s marrying the wrong person?

While Alfie is on a mission to win back the bride

Kat is shocked by Alfie’s appearance, and when he asks her to think twice about marrying Phil, she is not impressed. Alfie is put in his place by Kat, and then Phil shows up and confronts Alfie. Kat promises her future husband, however, that she will be waiting for him at the altar. Alfie tries his luck once more once Phil has left for the time being, but Kat makes him go.

Alfie’s attractiveness astounds Kat, and when he advises her to reconsider marrying Phil, she is unimpressed. Kat puts Alfie in his place before Phil arrives and confronts Alfie. But Kat pledges that she would be there for her future spouse at the altar. Once Phil has departed temporarily, Alfie tries his luck once more, but Kat forces him to leave.

Frankie reports her frightening encounter

Frankie receives encouragement from her father Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) to contact the police after she was followed home from a bar and harassed the previous week. Frankie agrees and is backed by Mick as she makes her statement to Jack Branning with the aid of friends Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) and Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) (Scott Maslen). Frankie is upset and Mick feels helpless when Jack says that getting a conviction will be challenging. When she observes Denzel and Nugget interacting with an awkward Amy Mitchell, she becomes even more enraged (Ellie Dadd).

Lola takes Frankie to eat at Walford East while ex-stepmother Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) lends her support. While there, they are hassled by some males. After speaking with Lola and the new co-owner Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara), Frankie feels more confident to advocate for women. She apologizes to Amy for not stepping up for her, and Frankie confronts the lads in front of the class at school for their misbehavior. Frankie thanks Linda for her encouragement and is relieved that she made the correct decision. But will she also receive justice?
