Home and Away Spoilers – Felicity and Eden in wedding dress disaster

Next week on Home and Away in the UK, John and Justin compete to recruit golfers for their teams, while Eden’s cunning scheme to persuade Felicity to pick a wedding gown goes horribly wrong.

The charity golf event in Summer Bay is still being organised by Marilyn (Emily Symons) and Roo (Georgie Parker) to raise money for the local shelter where they volunteer.

The goal is to earn $40,000 so that the charity can order a second food truck, but the ladies are aware that they’ll have their work cut out for them in terms of finding enough participants and enticing some major personalities to support.

Fortunately, Justin (James Stewart) and John (Shane Withington) have already sparked a golfing rivalry and are actively seeking new teammates for their teams.

Justin is shocked to learn that Theo (Matt Evans) is a skilled golfer when he brings up the issue with Kirby (Angelina Thomson) and Theo.

Theo doesn’t get a chance to tell Justin that John has already signed him up because he is immediately added to Justin’s squad.

Marilyn and Irene speculate that John could have something to say when Justin later boasts in the diner about Theo being his star player.

You traitor, you! As Theo and Kirby arrive at home that evening, Justin exclaims. Justin is glad to chalk everything up to a miscommunication, but he’s still certain that since Theo is family, he’s now on his side. Although Justin believes John would understand, he chooses to delegate the unpleasant chore of telling him to Theo because it will seem so much better!

When Irene and Marilyn chastise him the following morning for not alerting John, Theo reconsiders his decision to join Justin’s team and join Kirby.

As Justin and Theo return home to continue their conversation, Rose (Kirsty Marillier) approaches Kirby and offers to teach her how to play golf so that she can actually teach Justin a few things. Rose is a two-time champion golfer from competing in police tournaments.

When Theo finally agrees after Justin uses emotional blackmail to convince him, claiming that he’d always wanted a son to share experiences like this with, Justin is relieved.

When Theo eventually tells John the news, he is less happy because he has already ordered several “Palmer’s Putters” t-shirts.

John’s use of posters to solicit recruits makes Kirby feel awful, and she confirms her switch to Justin’s squad while also seeming to relish the concept of the t-shirt John tells her she’s missing out on.

When Kirby sees Theo, she explains that she has decided to stick with John after all, which means they would be on opposite teams. John is surprised when Rose then informs him that she would be pleased to join his side.

Now that both John and Justin have quality players on their sides, it appears like the game has officially begun.

As plans for Tane’s (Ethan Browne) and Felicity’s (Jacqui Purvis) forthcoming wedding progress, Tane gets some devastating news.

Although it had been hoped that the entire Parata whanau would be able to travel from New Zealand, it now appears that there will be three significant absences (colour us astonished!).

Gemma (Bree Peters), Tane’s sister-in-law and Nikau’s mother (Kawakawa Fox-Reo), contacts Tane to let him know that she will be sorry to miss the event due to having recently started a new job.

Additionally, news about Tane’s other sister-in-law Mia (Anna Samson) and her daughter Chloe (Sam Barrett) is revealed. Mia and Chloe left Summer Bay after Ari (Rob Kipa-Williams) passed away last year, and they believe they aren’t ready to return.

There is still the small problem of finding a wedding dress to arrange, but the performance must go on. Flick doesn’t feel the need to go bridal shopping with bridesmaid Eden (Stephanie Panozzo) again because they had wasted one day trying. Instead, Flick spends her time avoiding Eden.

Tane helps Eden get Flick back to the home where she is met with an ambush and a rack of bridal dresses waiting for her because she believes there is no chance the mountain would descend on Muhammad.

Eden says she was able to persuade a bridal shop owner that she is a stylist, and she has paid a $1,000 deposit to get five dresses for Flick to try on.

After finally deciding to give it a shot, Flick’s realisation that she is wearing a wedding gown brings everything back to her, and it appears she may be about to experience another wobble.

While the champagne is still being poured, Flick maintains her confidence and tells Eden that she needs to try some on as well.

In the end, none of the possibilities really appeal to Flick, and the dresses are loaded back into the van.

However, Eden is horrified to discover the rear of the van is empty as she leaves the following morning to return the clothes to the shop.

How is Eden going to explain that she has misplaced bridal outfits worth $12,000?
