The storied Summer Bay resident celebrated her significant birthday with a party in the company of her loved ones, coworkers, and other cast members.
When she was offered the part of Irene Roberts on the popular show, Lynne, then 39, invited two of her H&A ‘besties’ to the celebration, which was hosted at a posh Sydney restaurant.
Ada Nicodemou, a fellow veteran H&A star, and Johnny Ruffo, a former co-star, topped the guest list.
Since Ada’s debut as Leah Patterson in the Home And Away cast in 2000, she has been friends with Lynne.
They choose to go on vacation together and don’t seem to get tired of each other when sharing a dressing room.

When discussing their relationship with TV Week a few months ago, Johnny, who is facing terminal cancer, said, “She has been wonderful; she frequently inquires about my well-being. She often requests a night out for supper.”
Since 1993, Lynne has played the role of Irene Roberts, a recurring character on the Sydney-based programme.
